Ultimate Garlic & Herb Roasted Chicken Recipe - prepared in just under 10 minutes and cooks in the oven until crispy golden roasted chicken top.

Potato Garlic & Herb Roasted Chicken Recipe

This oven roasted chicken recipe has a rich roasted flavor. The chicken skin gets filled with buttery garlic and rosemary mixture, which in my opinion, is one of the best combos when cooking chicken in the oven.

For that perfect crispy skin, pat the chicken dry using paper towels, season and stuff your chicken with buttery mixture and refrigerate uncovered for at least 1 hour or over night.  Inside the fridge the chicken skin will dry even more which helps achieve that crispy golden skin.

Easy dinner recipe to prep ahead.  I love to use leftovers from the chicken in soups, or cook Creamy White Sauce Chicken Enchiladas. Also, I use the chicken bones to make a flavorful bone broth.  So many meals you can create from just one roasted chicken recipe.
