Thank you for this recipe . I was given alot of chicken livers and was getting tired of throwing them in my pasta sauce as it cooks or in a risotto.. this is faster and seems like more flavor.. I am trying to incorporate alot of different foods in my one yr olds diet .. going to cook this tonight!

This chicken liver recipe is a delicious dish. I served the CL over steamed baby potatoes, lightly coated in butter, light salt and parsley.
The actual white wine/cream sauce (with sautéed onions, garlic and herbs) would blend well with chicken breasts, beef, or portobello mushrooms.
Thank you for sharing the recipe!!!! ❤️

Munchkin, I gave this 4 stars even though I haven’t made this yet. I’ve been looking for a recipe like this ever since I had it in a restaurant. I think if I combine this recipe with your recipe for chicken livers with bacon and mushrooms it’s going to be killer! The restaurant served this with white and wild rice and the livers were decadent, I truly think this is what I’ve been searching for! Thanks!!

I do suggest to those who didn’t use wine in the recipe are missing out on the ultimate flavor. The wine is essential in my humble opinion.

This recipe is fabulous. I’ve been looking for a recipe that replicated chicken livers made in Chicago and this does it so well. I added One tsp bullion and coated the livers with two tablespoons of flour because I used half and half instead of cream. What a treat it is to have this recipe. Thanks.

I just made this recipe. It is excellent! I love chicken livers, but I only have fried them before. This will be my go to recipe from now on. So easy and quick. And healthier.

    Love, LOVE, this recipe!
I used chicken bone broth instead of the wine too.

I made this recipe for the first time. I’ve been on the Keto diet, and all the ingredients were Keto friendly. I love it! I added a few ounces of cream cheese to thicken the sauce and also some parmesan. I highly recommend it!

I just made this for dinner tonight and it was fantastic! Moist, tender chicken livers in a delicious rich cream sauce. This recipe is a winner!

  13. Delicious, but certainly for us, 1-2 minutes was all I cooked the livers. Used broth instead of wine.
