How to Cook Chicken Thighs in the Oven:
First, preheat the oven to 425F. Then, line baking pan with foil, covering the walls of the pan as well.
Now, in a mixing bowl combine brown sugar and Italian dressing mix.

Coat chicken thighs in mixture and place it in the baking pan. Using leftover mixture, spread it over the top of the chicken thighs.

Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until chicken thighs are cooked thru and no longer pink inside. Garnish with freshly ground black pepper. Serve with crowd's favorite Easy Greek Salad, Instant Pot Mashed Potato or Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes.
How to store leftovers?
If you have leftover chicken, store it in airtight glass container inside the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or in the skillet over low heat.

Run. I didn’t have skinless-boneless thighs so I just used what I had available. The thighs were juicy, tender and delicious and this will be my go too recipe. My husband asked if he could have the leftovers for dinner. So easy and outstanding flavor .

Are you supposed to mix the Italian dressing by packet instructions and then mix in brown sugar?!
Hi Cher, simply mix the Italian Dressing Mix packet with brown sugar.
