Mmmmm! These pancakes first caught my attention when you posted your video on Instagram. Then I waited impatiently for the bananas to ripen. 🍌🍌🍌

Today was the day that we made these delicious pancakes with my kids. I didn't have enough baking powder(1/2), so I added a little bit of baking soda, and they still turned out amazing! 🥞🥞🥞

Thank you so much for making these quick dairy-free pancakes. I'm the worst pancake maker, and today was the first time that I was proud of how the pancakes turned out! Delicious and not burnt.
