    How to Freeze Pancakes?

Place cool pancakes into a zip bag or airtight container, if you want you could add cut out wax paper between each pancake so they don't stick to each other after they freeze.

You could also freeze pancakes on a baking sheet for about 3-6 hours and then transfer them to a zip bag or airtight container & freeze for up to 1-2 months.
