    Honey Garlic Shrimp Recipe and Broccoli

    Honey Garlic Shrimp Recipe and Broccoli, served with homemade honey garlic sauce and roast broccoli. Super juicy & easy honey garlic shrimp. Perfect for busy nights.

    Honey Garlic Shrimp Recipe with Broccoli

    Quick Notes

    • Roast broccoli a little longer if you like your broccoli more on the soft side.
    • If you want your sauce to be thicker when serving, place it in the skillet and cook on medium heat until reduce. Serve over oven baked shrimp.
    • Use Mr.Yoshida Sauce for rice, it is my family's favorite rice sauce.
    • Double the sauce if you want to use it over the shrimp and rice.

    To make roast broccoli, combine broccoli florets, 3-4 tablespoons of avocado oil, salt & pepper in the bowl. Mix well.

    Shrimp marinated in honey soy marinate.

    How to make Honey Garlic Shrimp:

    To make Honey Garlic Shrimp, using a zip bag - combine 3 minced garlic cloves, 2 teaspoons of finely chopped ginger, 1 tablepsooon of avocado oil, ⅓ of low sodium soy sauce and ⅓ cup of honey.

    Zip the bag and massage until everything is combined.

    How to make Shrimp in the oven:

    Place shrimp in a bowl or big zip bag. Pour in ½ of the honey soy sauce, reserve the other ½ for serving. Marinate shrimp for 20 minutes.
     
    After preheat the oven to 425F. Line a big baking sheet with foil paper, make a little devider in the middle.
     
    Place shrimp and broccoli onto a baking sheet. Make sure to separate them with foil paper. Bake for 10-15 minutes (time depends on the size of the shrimp) or until shrimp is baked thru.
     
    Honey Garlic Shrimp Recipe with roast broccoli is baked & ready for serving.

    Serve with cooked rice and ½ of the reserved honey soy sauce mixture. Enjoy!

    Ingredients
      

    Ingredients for Honey Soy Shrimp

    • 1-2 lb jumbo-size wild-caught raw shrimp peeled, tail off & devein
    • 3 garlic cloves minced
    • 2 teaspoons ginger finely chopped
    • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
    • ⅓ cup low-sodium soy sauce
    • ⅓ cup honey

    Ingredients for Roast Broccoli

    • 1-2 lb organic broccoli stem removed and sliced into small florets, rinsed in cold water
    • 3-4 tablespoons avocado oil
    • salt & pepper to taste

    Instructions
