How to make Seafood Paella

First prepare all of the ingredients for this recipe, it makes cooking much relaxing.
Paella skillet with oil.Then season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.  Next, add olive oil to Paella pan, fry chicken on a medium high heat, until brown on both sides, about 15 minutes total.

Fried chicken thighs inside paella skillet.Add onion, saute until translucent color about 3-5 minutes.

Fried chicken plus added chopped onion inside paella skillet.Turn the heat to medium low, add garlic, saute for 1 minute.

Chopped tomato added into paella skillet.Chicken broth added into paella skillet. Add hot chicken broth and saffron, bring it to a boil.

Saffron added into paella.Paella skillet filled with chicken broth, chicken, tomato, and saffron.Rice added into paella.Add rice, turn the heat to medium high and boil it uncovered for 17 minutes.

Raw shrimp added into paella.Sweet peas added into shrimp paella.Add shrimp and peas, boil it on medium high heat for another 3 minutes.
Final shot of Chicken and Shrimp Paella inside the skillet, ready to be eaten. Finally turn off the heat, cover with foil paper or a lid and let Paella rest for 5 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 lb shrimp raw, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tomato cubed
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 4 cup chicken broth hot
  • 1/4 teaspoon Saffron crushed
  • 1 1/2 cup Paella rice short grain rice (washed)
  • 1/4 cup peas frozen
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • parsley to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Add olive oil to Paella pan, fry chicken on a medium high heat, until brown on both sides, about 15minutes total.

    1 to mato cubed? The instructions clarified.
