MEXICAN Cheese Dip Recipe
Family’s favorite, super yummy & super easy to make MEXICAN Cheese Dip Recipe, perfect for a movie night or Cinco de Mayo celebration.
The Cheese Dip Recipe was created by my brother in law who loves adding cheese to everything he eats. He even adds cheese to borsh aka beet soup.
When he made this cheese dip for us for the first time, I asked him for the recipe right of way because it was soooo good!
Now, I am so excited to share this recipe with YOU! Feel free to use this recipe as a base, and adjust it to your own taste by adding jalapeno or more sharp cheddar cheese.

Ingredients YOU will need to make Mexican Cheese Dip:
- 12 oz Hebrew National Beef Franks, cut into tiny pieces
- 15.5 oz jar Mission Salsa Con Queso
- 16 oz Rosarita Traditional Refried Beans
- 10 oz. Rotel Original diced tomatoes & green chilies
- ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
You can get these ingredients at any grocery stores like Winco.

How to make Nacho Cheese Dip?
Cut beef franks to tiny pieces, place them into a skillet and cook on medium/high heat for 5 minutes or until browned color, stirring few times.
In the same skillet combine salsa con queso, refried beans and tomatoes. Mix and bring it to a gentle boil.
Turn off the heat and stir in sharp cheddar cheese.
Serve with tortilla chips and Yummy Homemade Guacamole. Enjoy!

10-Minute Easy Cheese Dip Recipe
Ingredients
- 12 oz Hebrew National Beef Franks cut into tiny pieces
- 15.5 oz jar Mission Salsa Con Queso
- 16 oz Rosarita Traditional Refried Beans
- 10 oz. Rotel Original diced tomatoes & green chilies
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese grated
Instructions
- Place beef franks pieces into a skillet and cook on medium/high heat for 5 minutes or until browned color.
- Add salsa con queso, refried beans and tomatoes. Stir and bring it to a gentle boil.
- Turn off the heat and stir in sharp cheddar cheese.
- Serve with tortilla chips and Yummy Homemade Guacamole. Enjoy!
