Fantastic! The whole family enjoyed it very much. Husband and 2 kids are hard to please but this recipe was delicious! I don’t like to use a lot of oil in my cooking as I count calories so I used only one tablespoon and the seasoning coated 10 chicken thighs! I’m sending to all my friends!

This is so delicious. I used ancho chili pepper instead of the smoked paprika. It made a nice sauce that I put on my rice. This recipe is a keeper. I shared it with my daughter too.

Getting ready to Make these for the second time, hoping they come out as good as the first. At the end, I put them under the broiler to get a little char and they were delicious.

I make these chicken thighs almost every week! They are so fast & easy to put together and OMG are they DELICIOUS!! I do leave out the thyme because I’m not a fan. I seriously can’t get enough of these…awesome recipe.

  5. I’ve done these chicken thighs twice now and they are AMAZING! The second time I left out the dried thyme as I found neither myself or my husband liked it but nonetheless, these are so tasty!

We loved this recipe! Easy and delicious! Chicken thighs have so much more flavor than breasts and the combination of spices was just right. 20 minutes in my oven was perfect for a juicy, tender.
