Ingredients YOU will need to make Chicken and Shrimp Alfredo
- oil, I use avocado oil
- organic chicken breast or chicken tenders
- Wild RAW jumbo shrimp
- salt and pepper
- butter
- garlic
- dry white wine
- heavy whipping cream
- Parmesan cheese
- fresh parsley

How do YOU Make Chicken Shrimp Alfredo
First, pour 1 tablespoon of oil into the skillet over medium/high heat.
Add chicken, season with salt and pepper to taste and cook 5 minutes on each side, or until chicken is cooked thru.
Transfer to a plate.
Next, add another 1 tablespoon of oil, once the oil is hot add shrimp season with salt and pepper to taste and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Transfer to a plate and set aside.
How to Make Alfredo Sauce
- In the skillet melt 2 tablespoon of butter. Once the butter is melted add 5-7 cloves of minced garlic and cook for 1 minutes stirring nonstop.
- Slowly pour in ½ cup white wine or chicken broth, cook until wine reduces in half, about 3 minutes, stirring few times.
- Carefully pour in 1½ cup heavy whipping cream. Continuously stirring season with salt and pepper. Bring the sauce to a gentle simmer.
- After sauce starts simmering add ½ cup parmesan cheese. Stir the sauce until cheese melts.
- Garnish with finely chopped parsley. The Alfredo sauce is ready at this point.
Now add chicken and shrimp back to the skillet and garnish with more Parmesan cheese and freshly chopped parsley. Serve over warm pasta. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oil I use avocado oil
- 1 lb chicken breast or chicken tenders dried with paper towel
- 1 lb Wild Caught Raw jumbo shrimp peeled, deveined and tails off
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 5-7 cloves of garlic minced
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese shredded plus more for garnish
- fresh parsley for garnish
