Chicken Thighs and Shrimp Paella Recipe is brought to you by Fred Meyer- Save time, money & gas.

Easy Shrimp Paella is super easy to make and it's infused with the most delicious flavorful taste.

The king ingredient for Easy Paella Recipe is saffron.  It is one of the most rare & expensive seasonings, which usually cost around $20 for 0.03oz.

I noticed that my local Fred Meyer store sometimes has sale on seasonings and sometimes you can buy saffron for just $7.99.  Saffron adds a rich flavor to Paella Dish.

I am sorry for a late reply, but I didn't measure the size. The pan was good for feeding 4 people!

I couldn't find "paella" rice but did find a short grain rice. Thankfully, I read the bag because the majority of short grain rice requires 45 minutes to cook and at least 10 minutes to steam. Something to consider when cooking this recipe. Also, add chorizo it'll boost the flavor in a great way. This recipe had great taste just took almost twice as long to cook as I anticipated. Thanks for hooking us up!
