Chicken Thighs and Shrimp Paella Recipe is brought to you by Fred Meyer- Save time, money & gas.

La Paella is a traditional dish from Spain.

Easy Shrimp Paella is super easy to make and it's infused with the most delicious flavorful taste.

The king ingredient for Easy Paella Recipe is saffron.  It is one of the most rare & expensive seasonings, which usually cost around $20 for 0.03oz.

I noticed that my local Fred Meyer store sometimes has sale on seasonings and sometimes you can buy saffron for just $7.99.  Saffron adds a rich flavor to Paella Dish.

Scoop of seafood Paella on a wooden spoon.

This Chicken Shrimp Paella Recipe is made of amazing ingredients like saffron, homemade chicken broth, chicken thighs, shrimp, peas, garlic, tomato, onion, paella rice, and garnished with fresh parsley.

My husband and I say this was the best dinner I ever made. And in the middle of a quarantine! I was googling for paella recipes that had shrimp and chicken thighs, cuz that's what was in my freezer. I followed the recie pretty much exactly (which is difficult for me) I was worried it would burn on the bottom. It was the perfect paella crust! The proportions and flavours are perfect. The only changes I did was added one 8" sliced sausage with the onions and 1/2 red pepper. THank you a million times for a special time during a stressful time. Peace and health to all.
