When I was a little girl and lived with my mama, we use to always go blueberry picking back in Oregon. We would pick more than 20 pounds and we would eat it in a couple days. Blueberries are my favorite!
Today, I have a refreshing watermelon salad recipe, that I can’t wait to share with YOU! It is made of delicious local cherries, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and yummy watermelon, that I got at Fred Meyer’s Store.
This watermelon salad recipe is perfect for a 4th of July cellebration or a fun family and friends gathering, this time of year.

Ingredients YOU will need to make Watermelon Salad Recipe:
- 5 cups watermelon, cubed
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup cherries, seed removed & sliced
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon Simple Truth Organic Blue Agave Light Golden Syrup
- few mint leaves, chopped for garnish
- chia seeds, for garnish
- organic sugar, sprinkle for extra sweetness, 100% optional

How to make Watermelon Salad Recipe:
- In a big bowl or a plate, combine 5 cups of chopped watermelon, 2 cups of sliced strawberries, 1 cup of sliced cherries, 1 cup of raspberries, and 1 cup of blueberries.
- Using a little bowl mix together the juice of 1 lime and 1 tablespoon of Simple Truth Organic Blue Agave Light Golden Syrup.
- Pour the dressing over the fruit salad.
- Sprinkle with chia seeds and chopped mint. Enjoy!
