Ingredients

– 1/2 3 lb rotisserie chicken store bought, sliced or shredded – 1 french bread sliced in half horizontally – 1 large tomato sliced in slices – green lettuce organic – 4 sliced cheese sliced Mayo Spread – 1 cup mayo – 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard – 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard – 1 tablespoon horseradish more if desired – 1 small lemon squeezed to taste – 1 teaspoon olive oil – salt & pepper to taste

Step 1

– In a mixing bowl combine all Mayo Spread Ingredients, whisk until combined.

Step 2

– Cut french bread horizontally. Spread mayo spread over both sides of the bread. Add lettuce leaves on the bottom side.

Step 3

– Next, add sliced rotisserie chicken (if you want you can mix chicken pieces with mayo spread then add them to the sandwich, 100% optional!). Then add sliced tomatoes and sliced cheese.

Step 4

– If desired, add more lettuce leaves on top, then cover other half of the french bread over the top. Finally, cut into 4 pieces to make 4 chicken club sandwiches. Wrap into parchment paper or plastic food wrap. Enjoy!
