Crispy Potato Wedges Recipe

To make Crispy Potato Wedges you will need:
- 5 medium potato (each potato washed and sliced into 8 wedges)
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon paprika
- 3/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced

How to make Potato Wedges:
Step One
In a large mixing bowl combine garlic, salt, paprika and oil. Stir.
Step Two
Add potato wedges. Mix to coat.
Step Three
Using olive oil grease large baking dish. Spread potato wedges, bake at 400F for 40-45 minutes, or until baked thru, turning once after 20 minutes of baking.
Step Four
Sprinkle Kosher salt, serve with a mixture of mayo and sriracha sauce. Enjoy!
