    Cucumber Appetizer Bites with Salmon

    Cucumber Appetizer Bites with Smoked Salmon - these refreshing cucumber bites are so easy to make and are super yummy. Made with garlicky cream cheese filling and smoked salmon. Perfect bite size appetizer for any holiday.

    Cucumber Appetizer Bites with Salmon Recipe

    Cream Cheese Filling Ingredients

    To make this yummy cucumber appetizer you will need these ingredients: 

    • 4oz. cream cheese
    • 2 tablespoons sour cream
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 1 glove garlic
    • 2 teaspoons parley 

    Cucumber Bites Ingredients 

    • 3 mini cucumbers
    • 1 english cucumber
    • 6 oz. smoked salmon 
    • parsley

    You will also need toothpicks to form a cucumber tree and attach it to the top of the smoked salmon.

    How to Make Cream Cheese Filling

    Step 1. First, lets makes cream cheese filling by combining all ingredients inside a bowl: 4 oz. cream cheese, 2 tablespoons sour cream, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 clove of minced garlic, 2 teaspoon of finely chopped parsley, salt & pepper to taste.

    Step 2. Mix everything using a spoon or a spatula, and set aside.

    Step 1. To make Cucumber Salmon Appetizer bites, wash cucumbers then using a potato peeler, peel 3 mini cucumbers, creating super thin long strips.

    Step 2. Finally, lets assemble our cucumber bites, place a spoon of cream cheese filling over a cucumber slice, then add smoked salmon on top. Finish adding cream cheese to all of the cucumber slices.

    Step 3. After, take mini cucumber strip and fold it to create a Christmas tree and poke it onto a toothpick. Add a small parsley leave over the top.

    Step 4. Lastly, attach edible Christmas tree to the cucumber bites and enjoy!

    Cream Cheese Filling

    • 4 oz cream cheese
