It is super simple cucumber salad recipe with sliced red onion and fresh cilantro leaves.

How to Make Cucumber Salad
To make cucumber salad you will need 1 sliced English cucumber, 1 sliced red onion, fresh sliced cilantro.
Combine all ingredients inside the bowl, drizzle apple cider dressing over the salad.
Mix and let marinate for at least 1 hour.

How to Make Apple Cider Vinegar Salad Dressing?
In a mixing bowl or into the cucumber salad add 1 ½ tablespoons sugar, 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, 1 ½ tablespoons water & salt to taste.
Mix well and let salad marinate inside the fridge.
How Long Does Cucumber Salad Last?
This easy cucumber salad last up to a week when stored in airtight container inside the fridge.

- 1 small red onion sliced
- 1 1 /2 tablespoon organic sugar
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 ½ tablespoons water
