Here is a wonderful and a quick salad recipe that I would like to share with you my dear friend, it’s simply called Tomato Salad with Greek Yogurt and Cheese.
Made of few ingredients like red ripe tomatoes, Greek yogurt, grated Romano cheese, garlic, and fresh chopped dill.
Really simple and really delicious.
If you are tomato lover like I am you will enjoy this recipe.
Now here is the recipe.
Tomato Salad with Greek Yogurt and Cheese
- 2-4 Medium tomatoes
- 1 cup hard cheese - mozzarella or cheddar cheese I used Romano cheese (grated)
- 4 oz Greek yogurt
- fresh dill or parsley chopped
- 1-2 clove garlic minced
- salt to taste
- Slice tomatoes into small slices or into cubes.
- Place tomatoes in a medium bowl, add grated cheese, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt and give it a mix.
- Garnish with fresh chopped dill or bacon and enjoy!
To make this healthy recipe you will need to gather all of the ingredients listed above.
Now, slice tomatoes into small slices or into cubes.
Place tomatoes in a medium bowl, add grated cheese, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, chopped dill and salt.
Garnish with fresh chopped dill and enjoy!
